  • All completed service sales are final, and we do not offer refunds on services that have already been performed.


  • If you experience an issue with your nails or any other service, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment. We will be happy to assess the concern and, when appropriate, offer a reasonable solution or correction.


  • Please note that complimentary corrections are provided only for issues related to the original service. Changes in colour, shape, length, design, or personal preference after the service has been completed are not considered service issues and may require a new paid appointment.


  • Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, improper aftercare, picking, biting, or damage caused after leaving the salon may not qualify for a complimentary correction.


  • We kindly ask that you contact us as soon as possible and provide photos of the concern when possible so our team can determine the best way to assist you.


  • Our goal is always to address genuine concerns fairly while maintaining the quality and professionalism of our services.
